Visionect successfully launched the first demonstration of eMeni system on Wednesday, 19th of November 2008 as a part of the opening event at the Ljubljana University Incubator. The attending high profile guests, including the Mayor of Ljubljana, mr. Jankovič and renowned foregin businessmen, were lucky enough to test the first ever prototype of eMeni system. Taps on the device screen were transmitted to our system running in the bar below our location. The taps were converted to actual orders displayed on the bartenders terminal and in timely fashion delivered to the device’s user.

This was our first public demo, that proved the concept we designed and implemented. There are some rough edges that need to be polished, but the smile on our users proved that we are on the right track. All findings - positive and negative - are already converted into software requests and are currently under implementation which will be launched mid december.
